Some Updates

We’re doing pretty good here. Getting along and we’re coming along further than we’ve ever been as a couple and as a family. Things are starting to come together better than I could imagine it would have. By the end of 2010, if all goes well, my husband will be the proud new owner of the towing department of the company he works for. We have to go through a lot of paper work and checking up on the company books with a chartered accountant and lawyer but we’ll be going through that slow and steady.

We may be looking to own a house by the end of 2010 as well and are working on our debt load as I type this. The credit card is the first debt load we need to “unload” off our wallets. We’ll be paying that off in the next 6 months and hopefully won’t ever have to use it again. After that is the line of credit – we’ll unload that and leave it alone for awhile. Then the van, we hope to unload that debt sooner than than later. With a little over 13000 left on it we may end up going a little longer before that debt load gets down enough to do a lump sum last payment.

With my taxes this year I think we’ll put it to bills and debt loads before anything else. I’m expecting a fair sized return. Best investment is unloading debts if you ask me.
